2009 (California): Self diagnosed in Venice Beach; 3 days later had a right orchiectomy in Santa Monica followed by surveillance.
2015 (Asia / Alabama): Abdominal recurrence while traveling Asia; completed 4 rounds of chemo in Birmingham.
2022 (Portugal / India): Found recurrence on the left side in Portugal; underwent left orchiectomy in India (bilateral).
Late 2025 (Portugal): Abdominal recurrence; completed 3 rounds of chemo from November to December.
Present: All scans and tumor markers are clear. Managing life on TRT (1,000 mg every 3 months).
