I'm an Integrative and Functional Medicine Physician Specializing in CBD: Ask Me Anything About Using CBD for Wellness

Hi, I’m Adam Perlman, an integrative and functional medicine expert and the chief medical officer for Pendulum Therapeutics, a biotechnology company focused on the microbiome and its connection to chronic disease. I previously served as Director of Integrative Health and Wellbeing for Mayo Clinic, Florida, where I was also the Medical Director for Employee Wellbeing. Prior to that, I was the Associate Vice President for Health and Wellness for the Duke University Health System.

I have practiced integrative and functional medicine for over 25 years at some of the top health care systems in the country. Proof here: https://imgur.com/a/9ASF1c1

Today, I’ll be offering general guidance about the use of CBD for wellness. From the utilization of CBD for the likes of pain, relaxation, inflammation, sleep, mental health and more, to potential side effects of use, feel free to submit your questions about incorporating CBD into your overall health and lifestyle.

Please keep in mind that this is a general discussion, and Dr. Perlman can’t give specific medical advice or diagnoses in this forum.
