Hi everyone — we’re a father and son landscaping team, that have been around for over 15 years, and we just released a new gardening app called Cornucopia. We’re here to answer questions about gardening, landscaping work, and building the app. Ask us anything.
We work as landscapers and built Cornucopia based on how gardens actually get planned, planted, and maintained in the real world. The goal was to bring planning, plant knowledge, and ongoing care into one place without making things complicated or overwhelming.
The app includes:
A garden planner for laying out beds and spacing plants
A garden tracker to keep plants organized
Smart care reminders
A plant library and plant identification
An AI assistant for gardening questions
Community forums for sharing and learning
Cornucopia is available on iOS and Android, and it can also be accessed through the web for anyone who prefers not to install an app right away.
We just released it and are actively improving it, so feedback is welcome — from experienced gardeners, homeowners, or anyone curious about how tools like this get built.
